GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general conditions of sale are intended to define, in the world, solely by reason of the relationships that they establish on the Internet and only on the Site, the rights and obligations of the Parties arising from the on-line sale of products offered on the Site .
The offer and sale of products made on the website www.cocochic.it are governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Customer is required, prior to submitting your order, carefully read these general conditions of sale and, in particular, the information on the right of withdrawal and the treatment of personal data. The submission of the purchase order implies full knowledge and express acceptance of these terms and conditions either of that sale as indicated on the Order Form.
1 Object
1.1 These General Conditions of Sale are subject to the sale of products made online via e-commerce service on the site www.cocochic.it
1.2 The products sold on this site are those available to the warehouse. In the event of unavailability will be applied to the conditions laid down in point 4.5.
1.3 The products sold on this site can be purchased and delivered to the countries specified in the Order Form. Any orders for shipment to be made outside of these countries will be automatically rejected during the procedure of processing the order.
2 Subjects
2.1 The products are sold directly by the company Cocochic Snc of pigeons and Claudia Mancinelli Giulia, located in Belvedere Ostrense (AN) Via Brutti n. 15, registered at Companies Ancona to n. 02617400425, REA number 201933.
2.2 The products are sold to the customer identified by the data entered at the time of compilation and transmission of the order form in electronic format with simultaneous acceptance of these "Terms of Sale".
2.3 All products on this site www.cocochic.it cater to customers of age. Realizing an order through this website, the Customer warrants that it is of legal age (18 years) and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
2.4 The Customer is prohibited from entering false and / or invented and / or fantasy, in the order process on-line and in subsequent communications. Cocochic reserves the right to prosecute any violation or abuse, and for the protection of all consumers.
2.5 By agreeing to these Conditions of Sale, in addition, the Customer Cocochic exempt from any liability arising from the tax records are incorrect due to errors in the data provided by him at the time the order online, being the same as customer , are solely responsible for their correct entry.
3 sales via e-commerce service

3.3 Despite Cocochic constantly take measures to ensure that the photographs displayed on the Site are faithful reproductions of original products, including the adoption of any technological solution possible to minimize inaccuracies, some variations are possible due to the technical characteristics and the characteristics of color resolution which is fitted to the computer used by the customer. As a result, Cocochic shall not be liable for any inappropriate graphical representations of products displayed on the Site due to these technical reasons, since such representations are merely for illustrative purposes.
3.4 Before concluding the contract, the customer will have to confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions of Sale including the Information on the right of withdrawal and the treatment of personal data.
3.5 The sales contract is deemed concluded when Cocochic, after receiving through the Internet Order Form filled out by the customer, has verified the accuracy of the data and had confirmation of payment.
3.6 The languages offered to conclude the contract with Cocochic are Italian (and the 'English) and the applicable law is the Italian one.
3.7 The contract, Cocochic take over the 'Customer's Order for his escape.
4 Getting the Order
4.1 With the transmission through the Internet Order, the Customer unconditionally accepts and agrees to take in dealing with Cocochic, these Conditions of Sale.

4.3 It remains the possibility, by Cocochic, before sending the Confirmation Order, to call the customer via e-mail or the telephone number in the form of 'Order, additional information with reference to the Order sent over the Internet.
4.4 Cocochic may not process purchase orders sent by the Client which are incomplete or incorrect, or in the event of unavailability of products. In these cases, Cocochic will inform the customer by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that Cocochic did not follow the 'Order made specifying the reasons. In such a case the amount previously committed to the means of payment of the customer will be refunded.
4.5 If the products presented on the website are no longer available for sale after the sending of the Order, it is up to Cocochic notify the customer promptly and in any case within thirty (30) working days from the day following to that in which it has been sent the order to the Seller, the unavailability of the Products ordered. In such a case the amount previously committed to the means of payment of the customer will be refunded.
4.6 Each sale made by Cocochic through online sales service may cover one or more products, with no limit on quantity for each item.
4.7 Cocochic reserves the right to refuse orders from a customer with whom there is an ongoing legal dispute regarding a previous order. This applies equally to all cases in which Cocochic deemed unsuitable for the client, including, without limitation, in the case of previous violations of the conditions of contract for purchase online on the Site or for any other legitimate reason, especially if the customer has been involved in fraudulent activity of any kind.
5 Sales Prices
5.1 Product prices are expressed in euro, already inclusive of VAT applicable on the date of the order. Cocochic reserves the right, which Customer hereby accepts, to change prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of order, subject to the availability of these products.
5.2 All products are shipped directly from Italy '. The prices of the Products and the shipping and delivery indicated on the website and in the 'Order, unless otherwise specified, are to be considered not include any costs related to customs duties and related fees if the shipment takes place in non-EU countries or in the countries where the regulations provide for import charges.
5.3 These costs are then charged to the customer and must be paid directly at the time of delivery of the Products.
6 Methods of payment
The payment of the price of the Products and the shipping charges will be in accordance with any of the methods listed below which will operate exclusively through the Italian banking system.
6.1 Credit cards and prepaid cards.
6.1.1 To place an online order on our website we accept both credit card payments with prepaid cards (eg American Express) without any additional burden on the cost of the product and shipping. It is understood that the customer must be the holder of a credit card valid at the time of the order of the Products purchased online and reported that the name on the credit card must be the same as shown on your billing information. 6.2 Paypal
6.2.1 Cocochic offers the possibility that the customer has a PayPal account, to make payments directly using the 'e-mail address and password linked to your customer's registered on the website www.paypal.com.
6.3 At no time during the purchase process Cocochic is able to know the information about the credit card specified by the customer in the order form (for example, credit card number or expiration date), as the same are transmitted via secure connection directly to the website by encrypted protocol of the entity that manages the electronic payment (bank or Paypal). No archive of Cocochic retain such information.
6.4 In no event Cocochic can therefore be held responsible for any fraudulent use of credit cards and pre-paid by a third party.
7 Shipping, delivery and storage of products
7.1 Each shipment contains:
- i / the product / or ordered / o;
- the relevant transport document / invoice;
- any accompanying documentation required according to the shipping country
- any material information and marketing.
7.2 The delivery of products purchased through the website of Cocochic can be done in different ways:
7.3 Delivery to the address indicated by the Customer:
7.3.1 The purchased products will be delivered by courier to the address identified by Cocochic of receipt indicated by the Customer on the Order.
7.3.2 Upon receipt of the goods to your address, the Customer, or its designee, will have to check the integrity of packages. In case of malfunction the customer will have to detect and record exactly the same from the courier and reject the delivery. Otherwise, the customer will lose the ability to enforce its rights in this regard.
7.3.3 In the absence of the customer (or his designee), the courier will leave a notice for collection of the goods in the warehouse of the carrier closer to the place of delivery requested.
In case of failure to collect the package within that will come in the e-mail confirmation of the 'Order, the customer, with the acceptance of this contract of sale, waives any right on the property, which will be returned to Cocochic and fall therefore in its full availability.

8 Returns
8.1 Only if the customer who enters into the contract is a consumer (meaning with this definition, any natural person who is acting on the website for any purpose unrelated to the business or profession) will have the right to terminate its contract with Cocochic, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) working days from the day of receipt of goods purchased on the website.
8.2 The right of return can be exercised through the appropriate activity "Made Easy" from accessing the site reserved for customers.
8.3 Upon completion of the Return Form Online the customer will receive all the information necessary for the return of the Products.
8.4 The right of return is subject to the following conditions:
-Items must be returned in their entirety
-Items must not be used, worn, washed or damaged;
-Items must still have the tag attached.
Cocochic reserves the right not to accept products that do not meet the conditions in 1.3 or that are returned later than the tenth day after delivery.
1.4 In the event that Cocochic, for the purchase of a given package Products, offer the possibility to buy them at a lower price than what you would normally find by purchasing them individually (eg. 5x4, 3x2, etc.), the right of return may also be exercised only with the return of some of the purchased products: in this case the price will be recalculated by referring to the normal price for the purchase of single product. In all other cases (eg. Tying, operations in the money etc etc) the right of return may only be exercised with the return of all the purchased products, thus ruling out any partial exclusion.
1.5 If the right of return is exercised by the customer in accordance with the above conditions (p.to 1.3), Cocochic will make a voucher for the same amount of the value of the items returned. The customer can spend it within 60 days. Upon customer request, Cocochic will refund the amount paid by the customer within 60 days anyway. The days on which the credit will be visible on the Customer's account may depend by the customer Bank.
1.6 In the case of refunds abroad, including size exchange, the shipping costs are at customer expenses.
1.7 In the case of a refund for size exchange, the customer must only use the courier that will be sent to Cocochic.
1.8 Cocochic reserves the right to not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with the terms and conditions of the return policy. In that case this will be communicated by email and the customer can choose to have the items back, at its expense, or leave the possession to Cocochic which will keep them without refund the cost.
1.9 The right of return can not be applied in the case of personalized items requested by the customer at the time of the Order.
9 Warranty of the product does not comply
9.1 Cocochic is liable for any defects of products offered on the site, including the non-compliance of the items to the products ordered, pursuant to the provisions of the Italian law.
9.2 If the Customer has entered into the contract as a consumer (meaning with this definition, any natural person who is acting on the website for any purpose unrelated to the business or profession), this warranty is valid provided that both conditions are met below:
a) the defect appears within the time prescribed by the regulations in force;
b) the Customer has filed a formal complaint with the defects within a maximum of 2 months from the date on which the defect was recognized by the latter;
c) compiles correctly the Return Form online.
9.3 In particular, in the case of non-compliance, the customer who has entered into the contract as a consumer will be entitled to obtain correction of the conformity of the product without charge, by repair or replacement, or to obtain an appropriate reduction of the price or the termination of the contract in relation to those goods and the consequent return of the price.
9.4 All costs of return for defective products will be supported by Cocochic.

11 Communications customer
The Customer acknowledges, accepts and gives his consent that all communications, notifications, certificates, information, statements of account and in any event documentation on the operations performed, referring to the purchase of the Products will be sent to the email address indicated in time of registration, with the possibility to download the information on a durable medium in the manner and within the limits provided by the Site.
12. Privacy
Personal data is collected in order to register the customer and provide him with the procedures for the execution of this contract and the necessary communications; these data are processed electronically in compliance with laws and can be produced only at the request of the judicial authority or other authority authorized by law. The personal information will be disclosed to third parties who carry out activities necessary for the execution of the contract and used exclusively for that purpose. The Customer expressly undertakes to provide to Cocochic copy of the identity documents deemed necessary in order to be verified. Failure to comply with this request authorizes Cocochic immediate termination of the contract for non-performance. The treatment takes place, even with the help of electronic means, in accordance with arrangements that Article. 11 of Legislative Decree no. Jun. 30, 2003, n. 196 places to guarantee user, and, in general, to protect your rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity, particularly with regard to confidentiality and personal identity. The treatment will take place for a period of time no longer than strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes described above. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties. The cancellation of your personal data is subject to the submission of a written communication sent by e-mail or mail to the company headquarters. 13 Applicable law, dispute resolution and jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the application, performance and breach of contracts entered into purchase "online" via the website is subject to Italian jurisdiction; except for the cases provided for by art. 63 of Legislative Decree n. 206/2005, any dispute between the parties concerning the enforcement, interpretation or violation of this agreement will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ancona.
14 Amendments and updates
Cocochic may make changes or amendments to these General Conditions of Sale at any time. Therefore, the Customer will be required to accept only the General Conditions of Sale in force at the time of its purchase. The new General Conditions of Sale shall be effective from the date of publication on the website www.cocochic.it and in relation to purchase orders submitted after that date.
